B-COMM® for Oracle Time and Labor 

B-COMM® for Oracle Time and Labor is a communication software that links Oracle Time and Labor to a wide range of data collection devices and options in order to automate and validate the collection of employee data. Automating the data collection process results in substantial saving to your company because time and labor information is collected, validated, and sent to Oracle Time and Labor in timely and accurate manner, eliminating delays and errors, ensuring accuracy in payroll calculations, and real-time view of employee activities empowers decision-making. Employee Self-Service (ESS) functionality is provided at the data collection device via self-service kiosks. 

B-COMM® for Oracle Time and Labor communicates with the Oracle system via standard API’s providing a secure, robust bi-directional communication. Data collection operations can be functional even when Oracle Time and Labor is unavailable.
