This communication software links SAP time management to Kaba time & attendance terminals. The employees may enter their present and absent times with and without reason as well as canteen data and cost center changes and check their current personal time accounts.

The time management system from SAP takes all booking data and calculates automatically the different times for each employee based on the personalized time models.  All other data entered are forwarded to the different SAP modules for further processing.

At the end of the month, the calculated data are automatically transferred from SAP time management to SAP payroll depending on the customer's requirement. 
With this solution, you have a completely automatic process from entry to calculation of time accounts and payroll.
