Business Partners and Referral Partners are an integral part of Kaba Workforce Solutions. Kaba’s Partner programs provide a scalable and flexible framework that fit the expanding needs of your business as well as your customer’s requirements today and in the future. In addition, Partners play a vital role in the success of our solutions by adding value, creating new opportunities, and complementing the strengths of our “best-of-breed” solutions. We are committed to providing our Partners with the highest level of support including methodology, certification training, and consulting services.
Kaba offers two types of partnership so you can choose the level of involvement that's right for your business.
- Referral Partners provide leads and introductions to Kaba sales representatives. The Sales representatives work closely with their referral partners to close sales. Referral Partners maintain an active, consultative role in the sales cycle. Referral Partners receive commissions based on leads that convert to sales.
- Business Partners are trained to sell Kaba solutions with little or no assistance from the Kaba sales organization, however, Business Partners may receive sales support on an as needed basis. Upon successful completion of a certification course, Partners may perform their own implementations using their own certified technicians. Business Partners earn commissions based upon opportunities converted to sales and their sales volume.
