AUTOTIME
AutoTime 6 is Kaba Workforce Solutions’ premier and most robust WFM solution, providing Time and Attendance, Labor Costing and Analytics, and Employee Self-Service (ESS) functionality, enabling organizations to increase accuracy, visibility and productivity, while reducing operational overhead costs. Certified integration with HR, Payroll, ERP, and MES solutions provide companies with the ability to maximize the functionality of their existing business systems. Business policies are automatically enforced, with gross pay and labor calculations, pay–to-labor reconciliation and production labor management functionality. Its configurable architecture provides customized end user interfaces for both Web browser and time clock users, maximizing user acceptance, while streamlining business processes.
In addition, AutoTime 6 includes custom features such as complex scheduling technology for real-time, rule-based demand driven workforce scheduling connecting front-line managers with enterprise decision-makers for highly strategic staffing solutions. It offers the ability to automatically manage the resource plan (schedule), by aligning demands with employee qualifications, availability, productivity, and preferences while controlling excess overtime. The technology ensures that the right person will always be on the right job at the right time.
B-COMM™ 7.0
B-COMM™ 7.0 is a proprietary technology that compliments and enhances enterprise systems including Oracle Time and Labor™, PeopleSoft Time and Labor™, mySAP™ ERP among others, by providing the communications link necessary for automated and validated Time and Labor data collection. B-COMM™ 7.0 is a certified software that links Kaba time collection and shop floor terminals to the ERP partners systems by communicating via XML messages and seamlessly managing the communications stream by providing a secure, robust bi-directional communication channel.
The technology records clock-in and clock-out time stamps, breaks and meals, and job transfer times. B-COMM™ 7.0 can also record job transfer data with detailed task information and records elapsed time entries such as vacation time, sick day, jury duty and holidays. In addition, B-COMM™ supports project labor reporting against tasks, chargeable projects and expenditure types, and data continues to be collected and validated even when the enterprise system is not in operation.
