night to report their absence or late arrival. They can call the system using
any phone or mobile phone. They are requested to enter their ID and a reason
code such as illness, bereavement, late arrival, etc. Their absence is
documented, a confirmation code issued to the employee, and the absence data
immediately sent to their supervisor.
