Supports multiple shift schedules operating concurrently, regular and one-time-event shifts, variable patterns and other options all of which are easily user-configurable
  • Overtime Assignment and Equalization in an equitable and transparent manner, ensuring adequate coverage by required skills, including the ability to split shifts across resources. Maintains overtime balances (accepted, refused, forced) and configurable assignment rules assign overtime in compliance with company policies
  • Leave & Absence Management which maintains accrued PTO balances for an unlimited number of leave types, synchronized with timekeeping and other systems to ensure scheduling of only available resources
