Kaba Benzing America Changes Name to Kaba Workforce Solutions as Part of Global Streamlining by Parent Company Kaba Holding AG

 

MIRAMAR, Florida, Aug 14, 2006 – Kaba Workforce Solutions, DBA, the North American operating subsidiary of Kaba Holding AG, Switzerland (SWISS: KABN), today announced it has changed its corporate identity from Kaba Benzing America to Kaba Workforce Solutions. The change was implemented to better reflect the recent consolidation of the global Kaba brand.

Kaba Workforce Solutions’ parent company, Kaba Holding AG, recently enhanced its operations strategy of “Total Access” by simplifying its global business processes and sales organization. The company’s product offerings are now made available per country or region through a unified sales organization. Kaba’s comprehensive products are sold and marketed globally and include access control, time-and-attendance, enterprise data collection and door solutions.

In North America, Kaba Workforce Solutions, the leading provider of workforce management technologies, offers optimized workforce management solutions for complex manufacturing.
