MIRAMAR, Florida, August 27, 2007 - Kaba Workforce Solutions, the North American operating subsidiary of Kaba Holding AG, Switzerland (SWISS: KABN), the worldwide leader in enterprise workforce management systems, and Intellisys Corporation, the leading solutions provider of absence control and leave policy rules automation, today announced the companies have entered into an agreement authorizing Kaba Workforce Solutions to resell a combined solution that includes Kaba’s AutoTime, their best-in-class Workforce Management suite technology with Intellisys’ NexTrak®, the enterprise absence and leave management solution.
Both companies are known worldwide for pioneering state-of-the-art technologies that streamline workforce management for clients with complex labor tracking and payroll rules. NexTrak is a web-based enterprise absence and leave management solution that reduces the costs of absenteeism by automating the administration of absence, leave and calculated accrual policies. Intelligent configuration options help ensure compliance by concurrently enforcing overlapping rules of FMLA, state leaves, absence control (attendance), and short-term disability, as well as accrued employee leave benefits.
