We are currently looking for a highly energetic professional that is motivated and results driven to perform full life cycle implementation of AutoTime Time and Labor Management applications for our clients. This position provides support to clients regarding the resolution of complex installation requirements for Kaba Workforce Solutions AutoTime Time and Labor Management applications. Perform detailed client requirements system analysis to ensure that the client's Time and Labor needs are documented and communicated Install, Configure, and provide best practices for the implementation of AutoTime Time and Labor Management software on various operating systems. Program, test data collection devices per client specifications. Assists customer in development of test plans and execution of testing cycles during the client's conversion process to ensure for accuracy and customer satisfaction. Acts as a liaison between implementation, sales, client services, management and product development to ensure smooth transition.

Required Skills/Experience
- 5 + years experience in an enterprise implementation environment dealing with client demands or a minimum of 5 years experience with equivalent time and labor management product preferred. Manufacturing Shop Floor Data Collection experience a PLUS! Must be proficient using PCs with resultant knowledge of Windows XP and Unix. Must have working knowledge of database architecture and familiarity with SQL, particularly for Oracle and SQLServer. Experience with SAP and Oracle helpful. Excellent oral and written communication, consulting and analytical skills required. Ability to work under time constraints. Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. Ability to travel to client sites as needed. Ability to work some evenings and weekends. Experience in QA/testing, Go live and production support.
